Nothing tears the being more than deception,
unmasked fear.

Manfaat Dan Kandungan Air Kelapa Untuk Kesehatan Dan Kecantikan

Air kelapa merupakan air alami yg steril dan mengandung kalium, klorin dan khlor yg tinggi.air kelapa dapat dijadikan bahan baku pembuatan nata de coco  dan kecap. Air kelapa muda merupakan minuman yg menyegarkan. Air kelapa telah lama dikenal sebagai sitokinin(zat tumbuh). Air kelapa juga mengandung lemak, karbohidrat, mineral, vit C  dan B kompleks. Manfaat air kelapa antara lain:

1. Air kelapa muda dicampur dgn sedikit sari jeruk sitrun bermanfaat untuk mengatasi dehidrasi, dan gangguan cacing pada perut anak-anak.

2. Susu yg dicampur dgn air kelapa muda sangat baik untuk makanan anak,campuran air kelapa muda itu untuk mencegah penggumpalan susu pada  perut, muntah, sakit pencernaan, dan sembelit.

3. Air kelapa berkhasiat sbg deuretik, untuk memperlancar pengeluaran air seni.

4. Membasuhkan air kelapa pada wajah setiap hari dapat menyembuhkan/melenyapkan jerawat,kerut wajah yg datang dini, noda hitam, kulit mengering,dan wajah tampak berseri.
